Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: October 10, 2026

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website: to read our resources, use the commission calculator and request the free diagnostic.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This covers the English website and its Spanish version.

What we do

  • Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Pages with the full menu start with a “Skip to content” link.
  • Forms have visible labels, and each error is explained next to its field.
  • Content that moves on its own, like the logo strip and the example recommendations, can be paused. Entrance animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Pages use headings, landmarks and text alternatives for meaningful images, and say which language they are in.
  • We review the site with automated tools (axe-core) and by hand with a keyboard, on desktop and mobile.

Known limitations

  • Some illustrations and cover images include interface text in English, also on Spanish pages. They are decorative or described in the surrounding text.
  • We have not yet tested every page with each screen reader and browser combination.
  • Links to social networks and other websites lead to pages we don’t control.

Report a barrier or ask for another format

If something on this website doesn’t work for you, or you need its information in another format, write to [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll help you another way, by email or on a call. If you can’t complete the diagnostic form, you can send us the same information by email.

Changes to this statement
